Does the skodas octavias from 2009 have the passenger rearview with anti-glare system?

Mine only have on the driver side. I am trying to understand if it have the system and its not working on passenger side.

passenger rear view mirror? Do you mean the 'vanity mirror' in the sun visor?

No... The outside mirror on the passenger side

As far as I know the only models that have auto dimming on the passenger side outside mirror are pre FL L&K models.......certainly my 2006 L&K does. 

And only earlier ones at that. My 2008 pre FL L&K doesn't.
