Just wondering if I need to check my suspension recently changed

Featured Replies

I find the H&R lowered springs and new Sachs standard springs I replaced to be firm (too firm) which I guess is to be expected (a lot more bouncy than other cars I am sure)

Guess I can't go much about that, its normal I guess.

But the main thing is when dropping into anything more than a minor indentation in the road (not quite a pothole but bigger drops in the road) you can really feel it from the left side of the car ?

Much more of a crash than the other side, where it is just as firm dropping but seems more clunky/crashy.

I used brand new OEM suspension top mounts.

It didn't really seem I had much/any play in the ARB but I do have new OEM bushes to be fitted so could do that at the weekend.

Worth checking/replacing the OEM bushes anyway and tightness of the upper left mounts? Anything else this could be if not the ARB bushes or tightness of the top mounts ? Its bad enough that I actually almost wish not dropping it and putting the original springs back TBH if it wasn't for the vastly improved look

Thanks

No feedback ? Ok I guess I'll just have to check with a trustworthy garage, and maybe just press ahead and replace my ARB bushes anyway to see if it makes any difference. Thanks
