Any one help me newbie engine management light wont come on and heater plug light gotta turn key upto 20 times recent problem checked all fuses had it plugged in at local garage no joy any one had this problem please

I've got a big hammer you could borrow - that's about all I can suggest based on the information available.

It starts sometimes and other times it can take several minutes my local garage has checked all the fuses and relays the engine management light doesn't come on and the heater plug light at the same time it fires but wont start it started doing this a few weeks ago and was very intermittent but has got worse and it doesn't matter if the cars hot or cold any help please
