Bulk head, Scuttle leak

I've trawled old threads so know what's what, my problem is with the mythical drain hole that's supposed to be in the area under the wipers under the ecu.  The rubber bung type thing that when removed allows all the gunk and crap to come pouring out.  I've removed everything that's in the way and there is no sign of any kind of rubber/plastic bung.

I'm now going to have to remove the wipers and all that crap in order to clear the **** that's in there.

Am I being blind or did this never exist on the VRS?
