track rod ends - genuine or pattern?

Doing a check of SWMBOs Fabia the other day, I noticed some knock from the track rod ends.

 

It doesn't do many miles, and certainly isn't driven hard. Is there any point in using genuine parts for this, or will something from GSF/EuroCarParts be ok?

Skodaparts were quoting £23, plus delivery I assume. Not looked on the others yet. I know there were some horror stories with pattern wishbone bushes, so I wondered whether the trackrod ends had similar stories.
