Gunna replace with powerflex are the front wishbone bushes worth doing while it's off and does the strut need to come off to do this or does this need to come off to change the strut as want coilovers and if that's the case might aswell do it all now as had it all planned in the new year anyway

Yeah, same thing.

Proper knackard that one haha

I replaced mine with some Cupra ones,my mechanic loved me for that lol

Yeah it is you know what tho it don't pull or anything

Just spoke to a mobile mechanic and he said that the poly ones are harder to fit than standard ones I always thought they were easier

They are much easier to fit..

Poly bush is the easier fit for home DIY.

I've got the uprated solid ones.  Look the part and do the job well.

Standard, updated, upgraded, audi A1, cupra bushes etc are all pretty much the same to fit. The hardest was the Audi bushes as they have a metal sleeve.

Polly bushes are by far the easiest to fit!

Get a hammer amd try to knock the insert back into the bush. Will buy you a little more time till it popps off.. mine popped off and had to drove couple hours home with major toe in under power and major tow out on braking.

Ive got flow flex ones off eBay 20 quid. Propper quality and only takes half hour to fit each side. 18mm spanner. Little torques bit. Hammer. 13mm spanner and a pry bar it all you need ;)
