Over spray issue

Featured Replies

Evening all, I decided to give my grill surround a fresh coat of paint today and like a proper tool, I managed to get some over spray on my car :wall: , it's the same colour paint (black magic) as the car but it is noticeable, almost dull looking, what is the best way to make it blend with the rest of the car? is it just a case of some polishing or is something more drastic needed?

Whilst it is fresh it should be easy enough to machine polish out.

Claying should also be able to get a lot out, if its just sat on the surface in blobs (i,e feels a bit rough to run hand over)

Cheers, I'll give it a try tomorrow

A quick wipe on and wipe off with thinners will do it bud, just make sure you polish and wax again after tho
