1.2 TSI 77kw cracked valve

Hi.

This is the second time that this has happened.

As you can see in the pictures, the position of this valve (is it a valve  :wonder: ) is under the black plastic housing. I`m so angry right now, so I can`t actually describe the right position of that valve, but you can see it from the picture.

It was replaced in April this year and it cracked again a few days ago. the part number is 030103175B. The car is feeling really sluggish and the turbine won`t start until arround 2.300 rpm. Also, there is grease all around that valve.

Does anyone have any idea why did this happen??
