Hatch rear wiper problem

So i used the rear wash for the first time in a while, the motor then became very noisy and then stopped - it will now restart after 5 or so minutes but stops again after a couple of wipes.

 

Seems it has got seized? Is it possible to get it apart to lubricate it or is it a replacement job?

 

Also how difficult is it to remove?

 

Car is a 2007 VRS Hatchback.
