Anyone got flye-eye in the Alftreton / Chesterfield area?

Featured Replies

As above

Wondering if anyone in the Alfreton / Clay Cross Area has flye-eye fitted to their Fabia?

I'm thinking of getting done for the headlights and rear lights of SWMBO's couture and would like to see how it looks before I go ahead and buy.

Yeah me on the rears

It looks **** and illegal, my friend took his after being told by two different mot testers.

Thought this was legal that's why it's got the holes in it here's mine in the front

Don't be a tightwad, get some lamin x if you feel the need to tint

your lights. I have done both in my time and the difference in price

is justified. Fly eyes is cheap and cheerful and looks it up close.

From a distance not so bad but I'd never use it on headlights.

It's not so bad on tail lights and front fogs at a push. But lamin x still

looks the best up close and further away. Much classier finish and helps to actually

protect the light from damage as it's quite tough stuff.

Yeah I've seen fly eye stuff on a few cars, just looks cheap as Garry said

A sentence with the word "off" left out looks **** and should be illegal.mad-no-smiley-emoticon.gif

I've got it on my rear ones, was a quick job, easier to apply than lamin x like stuff.

I will eventually lightly tint the clear bits on my rear lights :)
