Genuine Ross Tech Micro-CAN USB Cable (VCDS / VAG-COM)

This is a "real" Ross Tech Micro-CAN cable, it is no longer needed by me as I've changed my vehicle.

 

It is capable of being used on CAN-only VW Golf Mk5 based vehicles and worked fine on my Superb Estate.

 

The SW is not inc. as its freely available to download on from the Ross-Tech site, but rest assured this is not some cheapo Chinese rubbish copy, it be the real thing, condition is as new.

 

These cost in excess of £200 new, so I'm after £100 for this one, which is more that fair

May I ask how this works?

Does the cable have some sort of serial number that you link to the free software?

The cable is like a dongle, it has a serial number inside that allows you to use the software.
