im buying one this week and wanted to know which brand you think is better sachs or valeo 

im going for a vr6 clutch as my gearbox is 5 speed 

I'm guessing you mean single mass flywheel?

If so I think the valeo one can only be used with the valeo clutch

I think you're right mate. Is there not much point in changing it? should i just buy the sachs clutch and not the flywheel?

I fit Sachs all day long

I've got the top of the range Sachs SRE clutch as supplied by Darkside and it is fappin' awesome!  

I've always preferred Sachs clutches, they seem to be better quality.

I normally fit the pre-assembled clutch and flywheels at work, always quite cheap as well, works out great value for money.
