build week allocations

Featured Replies

How can you make sense of build week allocations?, went to the dealers today to change from meteor grey to rally green, after seeing the mk3in rg with black pack, didnt have a build week as a grey estate, but now have build week 3 as a rally green estate, dealer reckoned that bw is not likely to move much,he also said that a new colour appeared on his selection panel for the vrs a metallic white, also a new grey is coming in jan slightly darker than steel grey, which may be of interest to some

I'm looking forward to getting my VRS but it does seem that Skoda have some serious supply and communication issues.  Many buyers have waited months for their cars and are still waiting patiently to be provided with even an estimated build date.  I'd have thought that solving the obvious and well documented problems with the availibility of current options should be a priority before introducing even more variations.  Surely the introduction of additional options will just add to the already chaotic delays?  I think that Skoda's rating for outstanding cutomer service is hanging in the balance over this car.

A metallic white eh?  Hmmm I love candy white but it would even better with a clear coat on top...

I wanted my vRS in steel grey but they said it had stopped being manufactured, I'd bee keen to see the new shade of grey.

new white sounds interesting.  Wonder if it will be like the onyx white on the golf gti??

Let's hope it's not as expensive as the VW pricing then?

It is a very nice colour though.
