newcar with some problems Pd engine tdi

Featured Replies

Ok guys i just bought a 2006 skoda octavia 1.9 tdi PD, i'am a little unsure of the engine code for pd's but i think it was asz, which i think is a 130bhp engine, anyways the model is a classic, with front electric windows and electric mirrors, which i thought weird for being a classic, anyways i got the car for what i think was a bargin of £375, no mot and turbo wasn't boosting (limp mode) so scanned the car and i got P3007 camshaft position sensor & a maf problem, so sorted the maf problem and now all that remains is the camshaft sensor, but i have no idea where it is, but i;ve ordered one, so can anyone help me, as i'am more used to alh (non pd)

Is it a mkI? If so could be a taxi. 5 speed or 6?

mk1, 5 speed

Not a 130bhp then, they were 6 speed.
