'Moo-ing' brakes, when going forward

Featured Replies

As title, my brakes make a moo-ing sound usually when reversing, which I know is quite common, but no it makes the same sound when I'm going forward in slow moving traffic

Possibly rear calipers sticking? That's what's causing mine

Any way it can be fixed?:-)

It could be the start of a caliper starting to sieze up. Try winding the windows down while driving. You should be able to tell which one is at fault. If not, after a drive one disc will be hotter than the rest. Be careful touching them though they get very hot. I know!

I had the same issue as well as poor handbrake performance. I found both lower caliper slider were seized solid!! Bit of lube (insert your own jokes!) and some good grips/mole grips and a trusty hitting stick and I got mine out. Give em a good clean and away you go :)
