Monte caarlo service reset

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me how to reset the service indicator on a 2011 monte carlo. I have followed some intructions i have found online but so far have not managed to work it out. :@  Any members know how to do it?

Do you have maxidot or the standard trip display with analogue 'stalk' coming out of the speedo unit?

In facelifted models there is no "analog stalk" just two buttons. Below the two types of speedometers.

The MDI one

The MaxiDot one

I am interested too to learn how to reset the service indicator.

Please keep in mind that none of the above pictures are mine. I just found them on Google.

Mine is similar to the top one. However my display looks a bit bigger.

Well, this is mine... Today I have 52.000Km on clock.

Yes thats the same as mine. Does nobody know how to reset the service indicator?

Well I knew I have read this before. Then I searched and found it. I think it is the post #16, even if the whole thread is interesting because there is the reset method for the pre facelifted cars and I think the MK1s too.

I wrote back there that I would try and report, but never did as my dealer does the job for me, as I haven't service my car by myself yet.

Here is the thread Skoda Fabia Reseting Service Light

So if you try it and works for you, please let us know.
