Hi, I have a 13 reg Superb Elegance and I cannot get my Nokia 520 to connect to my Columbus, I have Bluetooth switched on but after searching for new user display comes as no connection possible, can anyone help or should I take back to the dealer and see if they can resolve the problem, Any advise most welcome as I am not technically aware. Thanks in advance.

have you gone into Bluetooth on the phone and selected new paired device?

the phone needs to be transmitting for the Columbus to see it, download the instructions for the phone if you cant see what to press.
