Hello again.....

Right,got home tonight after a short journey of around 14 miles,andwhen I was going to reverse onto the drive I noticed the engine RPM was slightly higher than normal,around 900 RPM and there were fans running,which continued to run after I switched the engine off for a couple of minutes.

Is this normal?

There didn't seem to be any excessive heat and the coolant gauge was at the 12o`clock position.

The cars a 62 plate Vrs.

DPF doing a programmed regeneration, about every 400-600 miles, you get used to it!
