Well after three months wait todays the delivery date of my New Octy Elegance Estate, supposed to turn up between 9am and 1pm. I won't be waiting outside the office gates honest!

Got a nice 200 mile round trip to Wakefiled to familiarise myself with it. Expect pictures this afternoon.

Ordered mine on the 21st May and it arrived in the garage yesterday, picking it up on Friday.

Phoned the lease company at 10am to find out if they could give me a more accurate time than "before 1" they reckoned between 12 and 1 so I set off to Wakefield in my Trusty Astravan, only to see ten minutes later my new Skoda on the back of a transporter going the other way on the A19! didn't have time to go back and swap all my gear over so I didn't get her til 5.15pm!

What a car compared to other vehicles i've owned and driven, I'd say my new Octy would be pretty damn close to my bosses E220 Diesel Merc to drive and probably outshines it for standard equipment.

No pics as yet as i've been to busy out driving to take any.

Sounds nice, don't think I've seen any new estates on the road yet.
