Featured Replies

i recently bought a 1.4 16v engined octy and am now in dire straits . the thing wouldn't pull the skin off rice pud. i was told by a few 'well wishers' power can be increased by some mods , is this true what are the mods how much ???? as this is my first skoda i dont want the affair to end badly because i wait in earnest to test the vrs series 2 with a view to purchase same on arrival in ireland but with no sign of release in the immediate future am stuck with this lethargic lump on my drive. help the party go on please

You're not going to see great gains...you could probably get about 15bhp for around

1.4 in such a big car!? didnt know they did one. best bet mate is to get shut and get a bigger engine.
