Bloke at work's car,05 plate Ford Focus, is being repaired after someone remodelled the rear end with a Reanault Clio. He told me " Cars in for repair the Insurance company are giving me a car of equal spec or higher". He ended up with a Skoda Fabia " Oh! I replied..They've given you the higher spec option................He was not amused :)
