Picked up a set of audi avus S3 wheels a few months back and re sprayed them myself today, has anybody got any pictures of the vrs fabia with em on? What tyre size etc..

Here's a picky of mine, what's your opinions

I picked up a set cheap a few years back, had just been done in black but the blokes Mrs was worried she'd mash them on a kerb so he sold them lol. I have considered flogging over the years but cant give them up, they're not very common and look tidy, just not in black (imo, but then I dont like black wheels really) The size of them is perfect for me, low enough offset to clear the brembos and fill the arches nicely but not too bad that they catch or foul the arches.

 

I run 205/40/17 on them to avoid catching, but you could run 215/40/17 for a bit more face protection. Not got any good pictures of them really, this is all I have

When I got them they had some naff nankangs, I used them because they were nearly new but were fairly awful. I'm now running falkens on the front which for £60 a corner seems good. I have rainsports on the back.

That's when it was on the cheap JOM coilies mate, cant say for sure but the rears were up all the pay, only on 5 turns so as high as pos while keeping the strength in the rear platforms, the fronts were up to match as much as pos, really wanted to go up a few more mm on the front then match the rears so it pointed forward and not squat like it did in this pic slightly.
