Skoda Octavia MkII 1.9TDi Elegance -

Featured Replies

Hi All, The time has come to sell my Skoda Octavia which I bought new in November 2004. The car has mainly been used to drive to and from work along the motorway approx. 60 miles a day and the occasional caravan holiday, totalling 138,000 to date. The car was serviced by the skoda garage until the warranty expired and it was then serviced at the garage where I work including changing the oil every 10,000 miles instead of 20,000 miles using 507 long-life oil. This car has never let me down and always returns 60mpg and the only reason for sale is that I have purchased a Mercedes Vito to transport my motorbikes.

The car has:

FSH - serviced 1,000 miles ago

MOT until October 2014

Taxed until end of April 2014

Four recent Goodyear Eagle Tyres

Parrot Bluetooth kit

Full towbar and electrics

6-stack CD player

Cruise Control

Rain sensing wipers

Rear parking sensors

Climate control air con

Cam belt change

Skoda boot liner and floor mats

Metallic black paint with cloth interior

Central locking

Headlight washer

Electric and heated wing mirrors

Remote central locking

I have all previous MOT's and bills. I've attached some photos but please contact me on 07802 967898 if you want to ask any further questions, arrange a viewing, test drive etc. Please note the personalised plate will be transferred to my Vito prior to sale.

Hi all, I see I have had 98 views but no questions. If you think I am asking too much I would not be offended if you let me know. I have a good knowledge of Japanese classic bikes but not cars?

I have done 110 miles today on the a15 including travelling through lincoln in rush hour with an average consumption of 73mpg.

I think people might just want a price on the advert up front. Certainly wouldn't harm to indicate your asking price.

Err, have you noticed the title?

Hi, not had any offers for my 54 one private owner elegance that I put on the forum on 17 dec so have decided to put it on e-bay next week. If you are interested then keep an eye out but my feeling is the most reliable/economical car I have owned in 30 years will probably end up as a taxi! Criminal if you ask me as this is probably the cheapest most genuine elegance out there. Happy new year briskoda members, bozzer.

hi Bozzer, where is the car located (roughly)? I'm in London, and the car looks pretty good.

Hi,have sent you a message on the phone no on the ad,can you confirm that you received it and if the car is still for sale please?

Cheers Paul.

timing is all wrong - in a couple of weeks I will be selling my octy 1 vrs and looking for a diesel

have you still got this? Thanks
