My vrs won't rev past 4.5rpm I pluged it in and got a fault code G28 it also said cylinder 4 was blocked would the fault with the sensor cause the computer to say the cylinder is blocked any help please

Hi yes great start for me not reading where I was posting .well I've had my vrs for 4 years and I love great car

g28 relates to the camshaft position sensor i believe.. thread moved to octavia section

A use of the search facility would have found you this recent article on the subject :- http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/296273-vrs-tfsi-engine-cutting-out-over-4000rpm/ which relates to a faulty G28 on a TFSi which yours should be.
