Hey again guys.

My indicator suddenly failed on the drivers side a couple weeks back, it used to take a tap to get it working for a couple times before it failed again.

I noticed the lense was cracked and a day or so later completely vanished, the other side was filled with condensation so I ordered 2 new units.

I've fitted them and had a fiddle with the hazards on and they were all working, I turned the hazards off and locked the car to find it's not working again.

It's driving me nuts I've tapped the wires up into position they seem to work in but nothing helps.

What is the best option ? Cut the wires and get a new block soldered in as the wires look undamaged or pay a dude to find and fix the thing once and for all?

Could be the stalk acting up?

Ive had trouble with my full beams not coming on due to the stalk.

Spray in some contact cleaner and give it a wriggle around, might get you some life out of it.

Mine magically stopped acting up after i started talking about replacing it and getting cruise control fitted...

still contact sprayed it though!
