Hi all,

Went through a small flood this week which in turn has taken out my power steering.

I've taken the three plugs off the power steering bottle and put the air hose on them to get any of the water out and checked both the battery fuse and the fuse in the car itself. And it still doesn't work, the fault code it is reading is "No communication from the power steering control unit".

Any ideas anyone? It's nearly MOT time too :(

not sure on the fabia steering rack but i know mk5 golfs have a control unit inside the steering rack unit that isnt replaceable and its an exchange unit
