hi I'm Dave and I've recently purchased a .mk 1 octavia vrs. I'm new to briskoda. and I've joined up to get some technical help but also perhaps get a bit sociable with my car at meetings or something.

the car appears to have some small modifications. I intend to bring the car back to standard.

the previous owner installed a 'recirc BOV blow off dump valve'

I'm not sure what this is, or what it does exactly, I'm guessing it's a dump valve, it sounds like it anyway,

I am just wondering how I would go about getting a standard recirc and installing it?

could you offer any advice?

you can normally find used ones om here or ebay or if you want a brand new one someone will know the part number.

personally I upgraded the standard to forge 008 as its fully recirculation

Should be directs fit, is it a split r valve ( diverter valve with a random trumpet out the side )
