Dockshift allows you to change the dock, ive got mine set to transparent but theres other options. My homescreen looks like this

Browser changer, you can choose the default browser. Mines set to chrome instead of safari.

No news removes the newstand app, let be honest its lame and no one uses it.

Also lock screen settings

Can change what the slider says, as you can see mine now says Dave's iphone.

Fake carrier also works, allows you to alter the name of the carrier. Mines simple O2 now instead of O2UK

Foldercloser works well also.

Applocker, puts a pin on your apps works once lol
