Yes but you need to make sure you replace it with a loom with the same p/n.

Probably but I don't know for sure.I bought one off ebay that was off a 04 vrs (same year as mine),but I don't know if they changed them over the years.

Replaced both the rear ones in mine. And not too difficult job to do really

In fact any Octy Mk1 will do as all the looms are the same if I recall. It is just some cars don't have all the things plugged in. 

 

I also think you will find one side front will fit the other side and likewise for rear.

 

I used a rear loom from diesel for my VRS no issues.
