Briskoda- like Facebook

Featured Replies

My (Facebook using) 30 something daughter was helping me to use BRISKODA more effectively during the Christmas break when she declared ' BRISKODA is like a sort of Facebook for Skoda people'.

I think it was a complement 'cos I'm not a Facebook person.....

However, Facebook can't answer technical questions like BRISKODA folk ( or can it ?).

All depends really how you interact with FB. Some people will follow companies that they have an interest in (Groups) and will be able to ask other customers their thoughts/experiences on the company, product, technical advice etc, so in essence it can work like Briskoda or any other forum.

Others will just use FB to catch up with old friends and the likes. I've got mates and family in Australia, New Zealand and America so use it to keep in touch with them.

The BAD side of FB is that some people will just post absolute tosh, day in day out and this really gets my goat - I don't want to know what you had for breakfast or how stuffed you're feeling after the Xmas period  :wall:

But back on topic, it can be used as a source of information and advice.

Sort of...... Facebook is a like Briskoda......for non Skoda people

This.

I only post car stuff on there because I feel no need to share my personal info and events with people.

I don't care if people think I'm just a boring car nut. :)

Car nut, yes. Boring, you couldn't be further from it, mad maybe, but boring
