Is it possible to code via VCSD so that the mirrors automatically closes when I lock the car?

My car has electronic seat+mirrors and if i hold the lock button on the key the mirrors (and also the windows) closes.

I remembered the 1997 Toyota Carina well.

 

 

Why?

I like the central locking auto locks once u step on the brake (to start the car).

And the external mirrors unfold when u start the car.

 

The mirrors also auto fold when u lock the car with the remote.

Not possible with coding alone, it is possible if you add a wiring loom and relay to both doors though.

If I hold the lock button on the key the mirror fold and when I put the key on the ignition they unfold.

I also have autolock setted (via maxitod, standard). When you reach 15km/h the doors auto-lock and they unlock when you remove the key from the ignition..

Yep - got the auto lock when 10mph too.

 

Oooh - does the auto mirror in/fold work on a Superb2 too?

Yes Wayne it works if you keep the remote button pressed, not quite automatic but it’s the only solution without adding the extra relay and wiring loom

If I hold the unlock (or press twice): the windows auto close and the mirrors fold (if u have folding mirrors)?

 

Not sure of the mirrors unfold in ignition though?

Is that with the mirror knob in AUTO setting (close mirror) AND 

ignition on (or in posn2)?

Just tested on Audrey.

Hold UNLOCK on key = windows close + mirrors fold

Key in posn 2 = mirrors unfold

Note: only works if mirror knob NOT IN fold-mirror posn

Also note that it works also on the other way: If you hold the unlock windows open (useful in summer hehe...)
