Columbus lag

Featured Replies

I have the Columbus navigation system and I noticed that the map is 1 or 2 seconds behind my actual location, depending on my speed, while this is ok on the motorway when you get on a large roundabout it makes it difficult to double check the correct exit as the map has not caught up.

Is this standard on the Columbus or can I calibrate / adjust it.

Cheers

Just try a soft reset on the unit

It may also be down to receiving a poor signal.

Next time have a check on how many satellites are being seen if the soft reset suggested above doesn't help.

Thanks for the replies.

Tried the reset and nothing has changed :( looked at satellites and it was fluctuating between 6 and 7.

I have same issue with my amundsen+ in my blackline seems to be the marker is 100yards behind the car at times.
