Fitting costs and time to fit clutch, flywheel and PP etc

Featured Replies

Hi,

Never done a clutch etc on the fabia, how long/price would it take to fit an Smf, pressure plate, release bearing, and clutch?

Cheers

My local VAG specialist charged me 4 hours labour for a DMF clutch and bearing change.

Think I paid £150ish

I paid £150 from Dirty Torque.

Half a day is about right, but as many have found the cheapest isn't always the best option, go to an independent specialist to make sure the job's done right first time.

I paid £120 from a mate to have my smf fitted and it took about 3&1/2 hours :)

I paid £120 and a bottle of whiskey

That inc

312's fitted

Eibach springs fitted

Cupra wishbone bushes

Helix clutch and flywheel fitted

:)

I'd also charge aprox £100 - £150 so sounds about right.

£150 over here too.
