Installing Dash Cams 2013 vRS

Featured Replies

OK - So I finally got around to doing this, I bit the bullet and installed a couple of dash cams into my vRS and SWMBO's Monte Carlo.  I did say when I got around to doing this I would do a write up. Here it is.

In order to make it as compatible as possible, I have saved it as an RTF and compressed it to a .ZIP file.

It is very picture intensive.

If you like this, leave me a nice comment - I'll get around to doing the write up on the Monte Carlo.

Any questions - drop me a reply and I'll come back to you as soon as I can.

It's hosted on drop box as the ZIP file is 8Mb - which exceeds my 4Mb limit for uploads.

Decompressing it will result in a 64Mb file (I did say it was picture intensive).  I could have dropped this down a bit by cropping the images.

Feel free to reuse and re-publish this - just drop Briskoda and myself a mention if you do

One final word of advice - Use of these instructions is at your own risk.

That sounds a bit spooky

Which part?  I'll amend it to sound less spooky

Got a write up to do on the Fabia Montecarlo - which was harder to do :)

Thanks.

Did you ever get round to doing the one for the Monte Carlo install?
