Hello, 

 

Joined today as I'm after replacing our current skoda and this seems to be the place with the people in the know. 

 

Currently we have a Skoda Octavia 4x4 1.9TDI mk 2 which we have had for the past 5 years, she's now on 165,000mi and it's about time we made a change for a few reasons. Looking at a Mk 3 vRS TFSI... 

 

I've been tinkering with cars for a while but never really used forums much. As well as our Octavia we also have a Nissan Navara D40 Outlaw and a 88" 2.25 NA Series III Landrover. I've owned quiet a few VAG cars and bangers in the past and have a fondness for them, my favorites have easy been a Mk2 Golf GTi and a E30 320i.

Hmm, still not sure, she's not in the greatest of shapes so I might just put a add in the local blue paper at a irrisitable price. Alternatively if I get a good trade in price and no wiggle room on haggling I'll do that.
