Rear tail gate break light/passenger window control - random

Random one this but I popped out the passenger door card light and as soon as i did a wee bit of smoke came out where the connection was on the light. This basically fused the interior lights and remote door locks. New fuse in but rear brake light on the boot lid stopped working and the passenger window switch doesn't work but I can put it down from the drivers side controls. 

Checked all the fuses one by one (don't have a bloody manual yet!) and none are out. There's some slots with no fuses in them which is normal I assume?

Any ideas to get these things working again?
