Looked on Ebay and on DEPO website but dunno what ones are the right ones! Also I see some people have had problems with them misting up etc?

 

I take it these are road legal also? (hate to start that debate again but it has to be asked!)

 

I want Xenons on my car for the amount of miles i do on A/B roads to work etc, but i'd rather they be completely road legal and not pay ££££.

 

I take it Octavio OEM ones dont fit? Don't see many people selling the OEM Fabia vRS ones on here

Give Wingmirrorman a ring. That's where the majority of us get them from. Typically you get the option of having black or chrome insert surrounds (chrome inserts will probably be more expensive as they replicate the genuine ones)

If you ask nicely, you'll probably get a bit of money off them aswell

You Need to buy both headlamps and an HID D2S kit

I ended up paying £199 for the pair of black insert ones. I know people on here have managed to get them a little cheaper through group buys, but I missed out on them unfortunately :(

Yep you will need ballasts / bulbs etc. I went with these ballasts http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/canbus-pro-mid-slim-hid-ballast-35w-for-hid-kits/?fullSite=11 and purchased some D2S adapters on Ebay to go with them (reason being that this gave me a bit more cable length between bulb and ballast so that I could mount the ballasts on the inner wings)

Bulbs were also purchased from HIDs direct. I went for 5000k

i looked at group buy, hopefully they have them back in stock now as last information stated they wouldnt have any till mid january, im also intrested in some if a few of us want to get together to get some bought?

Wouldn't mind a set with the chrome inserts myself

I'd be happy to see about a group buy also, i'd probably go for the cheaper option though. Would also want details about the view from the Police on legality because you can pass MOT if you dont have auto levellers and washers but police can still fine you!

Once I had my xenons in, I went down to the MOT station, he aligned them and said they will pass an MOT no problem. I went for 4300k bulbs which are OEM, white light beam and if you shine them against a white wall they give a blue/purple surrounding at the top. They are legal, and as long as they are aligned correctly you will not get stopped for them. 

About washers only if they are fitted they should be working

I ran HID's for ages in the focus and never had any issues, im going to start a list then contact wingmirrorman.
