Hello folks....found the site a few days ago whilst researching a potential new car to replace my aging Mondeo. Decided to create a shortlist of possible cars and research t'interweb for any known vices. After doing my homework, I settled on a 2011 Octavia SE 1.9TDI.Car found, test drive and deal done, will be collecting it on Friday all being well. I have many yers in the automotive industry-principally in Manufacturing, and have been working as a fleet enginner for the last 11 years. I've ignored all the Skoda jokes....heard them all already.....looking forward to a happy relationship with my new car! I'm a keen biker too.....I've found the forum friendly and informative-hope I'll be able to contribute! Cheers, Phil
