Anyone know how the rear seats come out of a mk1 fabia vrs? I've got the base out just can't figure out how the back rests come out

Press the catch to lower the backrest down, lower them, then on the outer side of both seats you will see a catch/hinge arrangment.

the catch is spring loaded, you need to press it back with a screwdriver so you can then lift out the seat.

then you need to slide the seat out of the centre catch which is just a round hole that the peg on seat fits in.

slide them outwards towards doors. :)
