My 2012 Citigo ASG vehicle has developed a new fault. After a few hundred metres driving the engine suddenly revs high (then drops) and does not change gear. The amber (not red) cog warning light is displayed in the rev counter area. I read that this could be one of several issues that a OBD2 diagnostic check will reveal. My local independent garage that I use has said it would be safe to drive it to them to run the checks but they are eight miles away and I'm reluctant to do so. I could conta

Good morning everyone, I need your help resolving an issue I can't seem to resolve, even with the help of Skoda customer service. I purchased a Superb Style, registered in Italy in 11/2024 (steering wheel with Skoda logo, not lettering), with the Lounge Design setup (the seats are electric except for the forward movement which is manual and does not have position memories). i have recently bought a 2021 Octavia SE Technology and not sure if they are fitted ? i have checked the mirror part numbers , Control Module and switch pack all should enable them to function but they don't and still don't show in the settings either ?

Does anyone know where the relay is for the front wipers? My wipers have a mind of their own and I think its a sticking relay. If I push the lever for a single wipe then they go for as long as they feel like going for and "park" anywhere they like to. Once the inside of my car has warmed up a little, the problem stops. Edit to say that I have checked the other threads which seem to keep talking about the rear wiper causing the problem but I don't have a rear wiper.
