Something James said he'd sort for me but we both know what he's like (that's why he's employed you!) and I haven't really being chasing him for it.

If you could get it in for next time I visit (sometime in the next few weeks as it's nearly service time for the Octy) that'd be great.

Apperently the dealer says that they are on backorder (supprise supprise)

I had them on backorder for over a year at one stage when I worked there.

But have other sources.It is in hand.

Get your retailers parts chap (or chapess eh Sarah?) to call retailer support. Chances are he is ordering the part through an obsolete part number and there is a newer version available. Skoda are not good at superceding literature part numbers
