Difference between Octy I MAF and Seat Ibiza Mk3 MAF?

I suspect my Mrs' Ibiza may be developing a MAF problem. It seems to struggle to get up to faster speeds in 4th and 5th gear. Looking on ECP the MAFs for the Ibiza seem more expensive and have a subtly different part no.

My Octy is the vanilla 1.9TDI whereas the Seat is the PD version. Should the MAFs be compatible? i.e. Could I try the MAF from the Octy in the Seat?
