Got it from a briskoda member and vag specialist (Clive @ CNTuning) he supplied and fitted it for me. He also removed it for me so should give you an indication of condition and attention to detail

Selling as I bought a stage3 kit which already had an FMIC so this is surplus

Am located in Maidstone, Kent, and willing to travel within reasonable distance. (say 10 miles radius)

Price:

[02-02-2014]:

£280 for the FMIC and crash bar if collected  (postage is about £55-£60 so probably cheaper to drive anyway)

If you want me to deliver this or meet you halfway, please PM me with your postcode so we can work something out.

Paypal is preferred

[28-01-2014]:

£330 for FMIC, the bar and the pressure sensor or £300 for FMIC and bar if payment is cash

Hi all and thanks for your replies

I will always observe the order in which posts come in when it comes to purchase.  Equally, a deposit secures the item for up to a month, in case you need to buy the item but haven't been paid yet

with regards to queries:

1. Condition of hoses:

I do remember some cosmetic wear though the whole setup was smoke tested by Clive and no leaks were found.  (I asked for this just before he uploaded the Stage2 map).

Equally, the ECU never recorded an overboost or underboost condition, not even temporarily; which indicates that between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, all is as per OEM tolerances

@switchblad3; define "usual forge fmic".  This IS the forge fmic, as per the link to Forge's website.  AFAIK, this will fit straight onto an Octy VRS MK1, without further modification, since Forge made this specifically with the 1U VRS in mind.  it MAY fit other cars/platforms, but you'd have to do your homework for that

2. Postage:

Not at this point in time. But if you can arrange for a courier service of your choice, I am willing to assist, subject to full payment.

Wouldn't it be great if brisky members could be lined up to arrange for a 'pass the parcel' service?

Essential if aiming for up to 280bhp. Just saying...

£320.00 everything collected?

Do apologise see PM

Getting a lot of requests with regards to fitting this to a fabia. Honest answer is I don't know. I can see of the vrs bumper would lend itself to it but have no practical info to offer. But buy a mk1 octy and the kit will slot in without hassle you see

For anyone interested, I can offer the Briskoda Courier service as far as Hinckley, Leicestershire if that helps any propspective purshasers.

@G-slave I'm in Chatham every week mon-fri
