Hi, the factory fitted seats from a Laurin & klement felicia are heated leather, these will fit in a pickup as they come, it's even possible to wire in the heaters too if you also get the associated looms and switches, they do turn up on here from time to time as well as ebay.

I was lucky to get laurin & klement leather seats and loom for the fun you could always make some fit in ther I had to swap passa ger seat base o er for the fun and made drivers one hight adjustable from my slxi seat base

Hi i fitted seats from an alfa 147 in mine you will need a gear knob extention cos otherwise it will rub off seat going into second gear.
