Just seen this and made me smile

What i  remember about him is, that he was the Chief Constable that used a picture of a Decapitated Bikers head in a Road Safety Campaign.

& the picture with the headless body still embedded in the car.

 

Quite an effective image, but more than a little upsetting to the dead bikers family and friends.

What a fool: as a ex copper he should know that ignorance of the law is no excuse (his appeal). Displaying an out od date disc gets you fined here too so what is he on about ?

Tool. Its reassuring to know the top brass of the old bill are just like the old guard in the Houses. Should have been a much bigger fine given his former experience.
