How easy is it to swap the front windows?

 

Not too hard. Door card off then remove the two large rubber grommits from the carrier. Drop the window down until you can see the bolts holding the clips on the bottom of the glass through the holes left by the grommits. Undo the bolts (10mm) enough to release the glass, but not right out, and slide it upwards and out. The glass will need to be angled as you remove it completely from the door.

 

Then install the new glass by doing the process in reverse.
