Today I took my much loved Fabia 1.6 petrol to Manchester, where it's new owner lives. There are now only four out of the five in our family as in the picture on the left.

Having had it for four years and, apart from tyres and service items ( like oils, bulbs & filters) all I have done is to replace front brake discs and pads.

After being made redundant in 2008 I had to buy my own car for the first time since 1971, and how glad I am that I 'discovered' Skoda!

Now I can't really be 'awfabia' on BRISKODA so, if I change my name, will I still have the same number of posts against my name?

No don't worry, it's quite all right.

Out today, saw Fabia2 in car park and did a 'double take'. Then remembered I was in Yeti. LOVE the Yeti but still fond Fabia memories - just a good, all round practical, comfortable and economical car.
