Have been gathering an inordinate amount of useful info from this forum, so I thought I should join as everyone seems really helpful.

Since my V70 was written off by someone trying to park in my way whilst I was doing 50mph with my kids in the back, I've been looking for an Octavia to replace it. My current hack is an A4 as that's what the garage down the road had for the insurance money I had in my hand, but driving a petrol is a bit of a shocker after 5 years of 50mpg.

Anyway, I'll try and post some interesting stuff and hopefully I can find that elusive, well-priced diesel Octvia estate in the near future.
