How long does delivery from HIDS usually take? I ordered new bulbs a week ago and they've not turned up yet.

I've had two orders with them....both arrived the next day.  Phonecall, email   methinks?

I've emailed. No replies.

Just tried phoning. Nobody answered.

2 days tops for me. I thought their service was great.

Finally got through on the phone. They were sent last Friday even though I had an email on Thursday saying they'd been shipped. If I don't get them by Monday then they'll send out some more. Fingers crossed!

Got mine today, ordered Tues.

There service is excellent even on returns like I had. I bulb replaced hassle free and very quick delivery

My bulbs have arrived.

My order of Night Breaker Plus was upgraded to Night Breaker Unlimited which is great.

The bulb wiring plug is very tight but don't be afraid to be rough with it. Nice upgrade too

 The bulb wiring plug can be made less tight by applying some vaseline to the plug holes before sticking it in to the new bulb prongs. It will make the next bulb change easy. Don't get the vaseline on the bulb glass, be careful.
