A Few New Products On The Market (And A Few Other Bits)

Featured Replies

Having got a Black Octy Estate (vRS) thought I would get a few bits together to have a play with so here we are.

Tim at Envy Valeting fallout remover, got 2 x 5 Litres of this as I know the product. Nice price and super fast delivery.

If you live local, bring a small bottle for a free sample.

Tim's Shampoo, nice dilution ratio, really nice "clean" smell.

Tim (again) with his Filler Killer, ideal for making sure the paint work is clean after a polish.

Also off Tim at Envy Valeting, a Litre of Dr Leathers Leather cleaner, this is a fantastic product at a decent price.

Now this is a new company, local to me so going to give it a go.

Jay at Obsession Wax is doing these on DW for the moment, so prices etc can be found on his website and DW, but at the price he is doing, well be rude not too.

The snow foam that he does, got a Litre of this. Like the labels and bottle (handy to keep hold of when gloves wet)

My wheels are not the best for testing and showing results.

They are really bad on the inners, previous owners didn't clean and seal so they really need to go off for a re-furb.

However, as you can see in the pics, the OW Fallout seems to have a de-greaser in it as well as the fallout remover. The spray head isn't the best as it seems to be a cross between a jet and a spray.

It was given a quick brush using an Envy Valeting Brush before the PW came along. For such battered wheels it did well, leaving just a few really deep pitting marks.

The Iron Awe (I decanted 500ml in to a spray bottle) reacted alot quick and gave same results but without the brush being used.

I don't normally use a Fallout on its own, I normally PW, wheel cleaner then follow with Fallout to target whats left.

Price on the 2 are very similar, just being local to Jay its free post!

Thanks matt.

Will do a more in-depth review as this was just a quick go before claying and getting the car into the unit for a play with a product and the machines.
